“Under the tuscan sun many dreams become alive. Mine is one of those.
We discovered this abandoned piece of land with its shattered ruine on a very hot day in the end of juin. we were sitting in the shadow of the crackling walls, overgrown with a very old violet blooming
whizzardtree, humming with honeysucklebees.
We did not speak, but were sitting quitely engulfed in this song of nature. We looked into wild meadows, roaring hills and got lost in the blue of the ocean.
We were sitting there for a long time and in our minds the ruin transformed in the house we started to realise almost 30 years ago.
It was an adventure from every point of view and we learnt to dance and to curse in the most rural italian laguage.

Looking over the hills of olive trees we planted,now producing the best of vergin olive oil and the many cypresses, grown up to statues, proud symbols of Tuscany, we realised that we arrived on page 2020 of our journal.
It means to say goodby to our family story which should continue with many new happy pages...

We were so fortunate to have met Per many years ago. Our creative minds met and we became friends. We enjoyed good wine and fun under the shelter of the vast porticato.

Per is the one who will meet the future storyteller....”

Casa Marie with the most beautiful location, set in the Tuscan hills, in the province of Pisa, between two small villages, Pomaia and Castellina Marittima

In Pomaia we have one of the largest Buddhist centres in Europe, often visited by famous people, including Richard Gere and Dalai Lama.

This is a typical Tuscan villa, which was once a ruin and has undergone a painstaking restoration.

The restoration work started in 1991. It was not until 1995 that the pool was built. One of the most serious pool manufactures in Italy (Piscine Castiglione) was choosen for the poolproject.¨
The villa is furnished with charm and good taste.

Perfect place for organizing events, weddings. teambuild, family holidays and more. The interior and furnitures are a part of the building and we hope someone that want to continue the story will appreciate the art of design and leave it as it is.

We search someone who understands the details and can take care of the property as well as those who have created this paradise. Important thing: You buy a property of art and not just squaremetres and acres.

Today we have people who take care of the home when the owners are not here. There are gardeners, maintenance man, locals who take care of cleaning, interior work etc.

We can help the new owner in the starting process, so the story can continue as smooth as possible.

Local chefs and restaurants have been responsible for professional catering services, etc. for special events and parties arranged on the house. New owner may be interested to have an income when they are not there themself. We can help wuth financing plan, to get an overview of what to expect in income and expenses.

Viewing: Such an extensive investment requires that people interesting should spend some time on a viewing. We will go over the qualities of the villa property and its history. The customer will get to know us and the surrounding area and all its qualities. We recommend spending a minimum of 2 days together and the months of April-May are the perfect time for viewing.

Pergola zone: The spacious portico is much loved to enjoy outdoor eating on different hand painted tables and also just for relax. On summer evenings friends and families are gathering around the outdoor chimeny.
